Sometimes failure is actually a good thing instead of bad. I've learned lots from failure like in middle school I was on the track team and there was a game one night. When i was at the track meet i accidentally threw wrong and failed to beat my PR and everything. So I learned from it and practiced more before the next track meet. The next few weeks after that another track meet came up and turned out all the practicing from the failure and the tips. I was scared to do the same thing I did on the first track meet. My confidence went down so I talked to the couch and she gave me really good advice. And when I stepped up on that concrete slab for my turn to throw the discus I landed myself third place overall. I got it and landed me in third place in the track meet. So it turns out not everything is bad. All you gotta do is learn from it and accomplish what you set your mind to.

Old people should understand. I feel like old people don't understand kids in their teenage years. They always think we either have attitudes or are addicted to cellular devices. When really that's not true. We were on the phone to contact friends, or entertain ourselves, or even just to chill. But of course we were “addicted”. Not true at all but things are still wrong. Kids are always misunderstood by adults like a lot. Like if we do one thing wrong in the house parents have the right to ground us and everything but when we speak up its talking back like thats not fair. Or even when we just wanna hang out with friends and parents hate on us “leaving too much” when really we just wanna hang out with friends not everything has to revolve around staying inside a house. And adults always say kids don't understand we do understand you just won't let us understand. Teenagers matter too!
